Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volume or unexpected delays, shipments may be delayed slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international countries.

International delivery usually takes:
7–21 business days

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
